Who we are
What we stand for
We are ibi systems GmbH, a software company focusing on RegTech – in particular information security management (ISMS) and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) – as well as InsurTech. With our iris platform, we offer a powerful solution for ISMS and regulatory requirements. In the field of InsurTech, we develop customized software solutions for digital claims processes on behalf of insurance customers.
We make regulatory requirements, information security, and insurance processes digitally manageable. Our mission: efficiency through smart technologies, high user-friendliness, and solutions that create real added value – in close cooperation with our customers.

Customer Day 2026
On July 2, 2026, we will host our annual Customer Day, welcoming our customers and partners to the Jahnstadion in Regensburg.
An engaging keynote speech, inspiring case studies from our customers, and insightful presentations by our experts will offer a wide range of perspectives on our software solutions. In addition to current topics, the event will place a strong emphasis on personal interaction. The Customer Day creates space for questions, feedback, ideas, and requests, as well as the opportunity to network with other users.
As a warm-up to the event, our guests can optionally join a guided tour through Regensburg’s historic old town on July 1, followed by dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.
