Dr. Stefan Wagner
Managing Director
Dr. Stefan Wagner is co-founder and managing director of the ibi systems GmbH. He holds a doctorate in business informatics and is a certified ISO/IEC 27001 auditor with extended auditing competence in accordance with § 8a KRITIS and a Common Criteria Evaluator (BSI).
As a proven expert in ISMS, GRC, and audit management, he combines in-depth specialist knowledge with many years of practical experience. He has supported numerous ISMS and GRC implementation and optimization projects in a wide range of industries—from conception and interface definition to rollout and training, auditing and continuous improvement.
Pascal Jonietz
Managing Director
Pascal Jonietz is co-founder and managing director of the ibi systems GmbH. The business IT specialist has more than 15 years of experience in software development, IT management, and digital process optimization.
His focus is on the design and implementation of complex InsurTech platforms and workflows. He combines technical expertise with strong project and quality awareness.

In addition, ibi systems works with the renowned technology and implementation partners Arco IT, Inverso GmbH, metafinanz Informationssysteme GmbH and syracom AG. These ensure the professional support in a software-driven solution approach at the customer.
Code of Conduct
ibi systems GmbH expects all of its managers and employees to conduct themselves in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
Certificates
ibi systems GmbH has been certified according to ISO/IEC 27001 and aligns its processes with the specifications of the ISO/IEC standards. Monitoring is carried out regularly by independent and qualified external auditors.
In addition, auditors confirmed to the ibi systems GmbH that the information management system and the relevant processes are BSI C5-compliant.
