Customer Day 2026

Register now for the Customer Day 2026 and the pre-event evening.

We are looking forward to welcoming both users of our ISMS and GRC software, ibi systems iris, as well as users of Servicepool, our insurance software we developed in collaboration with the Inverso GmbH.

On July 2, following the welcome, we will begin with an inspiring keynote presentation by Mr. Peter Fuchs, COO at BNP Paribas Cardif. Afterwards, the program will continue with two focused program tracks tailored to the respective groups of participants. In the concluding brainstorming sessions, we would like to exchange thoughts, ideas, and wishes with you regarding the future roadmaps for the software solutions.

As an optional warm-up to the Customer Day, an evening program awaits you on July 1, the evening before the event, including an experience tour followed by a dinner in a relaxed atmosphere at the Brauhaus am Schloss.

Please note that the event will be held in German language.
